  • Congratulations. You made a good choice in purchasing a monitor from HKC. The guarantee includes a three-year on-site pickup &swap service from the date of purchase. In case of a hardware defect confirming the warranty conditions, your monitor will be collected on the next working day and you will receive another monitor within 5 working days. If you have technical problems with the monitor, please call one of the telephone numbers below. Please keep the model type and the serial number ready.

  • Defective handling instruction

  • 1.Return units must be packed in original and secured packaging materials. Please note, only the monitor device has to be sent back, the customer should keep manuals, cables, etc. Damage incurred during transportation to service depot is solely the responsibility of the sender. Manufacturer is exempt from liability for the repair costs incurred due to transportation damage. 2.Customer must provide service centre a contact name, phone number, shipping address, the serial number(s) of the monitor(s), description of the problem(s), and proof of purchase.

  • 3.If the returned device is proved to be defect, the service center is free to exchange the original device against another device of the same type.

  • 4.In all cases when they complained device shows defects, which are not covered by the warranty (listed here beneath), the customer will remain responsible for all caused handling co sts and transportation fees.

  • 5.This warranty is valid in Germany, France, Benelux, Austria, Spain, Italy, Denmark, Sweden,

  • Exclusion from warranty

  • 1. Product on which the serial number has been defaced, modified or removed.

  • 2. Product with bright points/dark points of the pixel (acceptance in accordance with ISO 13406-2), or panel itself is over 15months.

  • 3. Damage, deterioration or malfunction resulting from:

  • A. Accident, misuse, neglect, fire, water, lightning, or other acts of nature, unauthorized product alterations, altered serial numbers and internal non-user set-controls. or failure to follow instructions supplied with the product.

  • B. Repair or attempted repair by anyone not authorized by Supplier.

  • C. Transit and courier damage, any damage of the product due to shipment.

  • D. Removal or installation of the product, such as incorrect installation.

  • E. Causes external to the product, such as electric power fluctuations or failure, or incorrect input signal or incorrect voltage/power supply is used.

  • F. N ormal wear and tear.

  • G. Causes which does not relate to a product defect. H. If the product has been used or stored under abnormal environmental operating or storage conditions.

  • 4. Where no fault can be found after extensive testing, indicating user error or failure in ancillary equipment.

  • 5. If the defects can be regarded as tolerance deviation which is within the standard test specification.

  • 6. If the manufacturing date is over 24 months from the date of purchase.

  • 7. If no proof of purchase invoice can be provided. How to make a Warranty Claim: We strongly advise the buyer use the original packaging for transportation when returning the product as part of this warranty claim.
